Design Automation

DMT has developed software interface for the design and analysis (finite elements) of similar part. By this system a significant design simplification can be achieved.

 

 

• A central file (e.g. MS Excel) which is linked by software interfaces initiates the calculation process. 
• The executed program exports the parameters for NX Nastran.
• NX Nastran calculates the model and exports an ANSYS compatible model.
• ANSYS imports the model, calculates a grid and integrates material properties, forces and constraints.
• ANSYS calculates the model with APDL.
• The final analysis is performed by FORTRAN-CODE.
